We provide individualized support to schools and districts interested in examining and re-imagining their systems through a human-centered design process. We help leaders develop new and sustainable ways of working that create democratic schools rich in deeper learning experiences where both students and adults thrive.
EXAMPLE OF OUR WORK:
● Spreading Deeper Learning: We help teachers to understand and experience Deeper Learning, and work with leaders to spread it across their school or district. Our support can range from district-level system transformation efforts to aligning school-level practices and instruction with your vision.
● Moving from Vision to Transformation: We work at both the school and district level to enact your Portrait of a Graduate - moving this document from vision to a lived reality for all of your student.

How does leadership practice change when pursuing a vision of human schooling? What leadership mindsets are critical for leaders of transformation to embody? We will engage in the myriad of tensions that are inherent in this work that leaders must embrace and how successful leaders are able to manage them.

How can we build momentum for change in a way that enables shared direction but doesn’t impose standardization? How can we get the boats rowing in the same direction but still foster innovation? We work with systems to use a big tent strategy to organize for coherence and emergence, enabling leaders to accelerate their change efforts and increase buy in at all levels of their organization.
